TPU目前适合FDM技术3D打印方式,打印效果良好,选用的TPU材料硬度值必须是85A以上,打印丝越硬其打印效果越佳(打印丝容易被挤出,流量稳定),需要注意的是,打印挤出方式以近程挤出为主,远程挤出机打印TPU的机率不高,且打印速度不要超过20,速度越慢越好,否则出料跟不上进料打印丝会弯曲溢出,打印温度的控制一般在190至198度之间为佳,因为是软质材料,TPU材料不易翘边,可以不需要喷头冷却风扇,下面是打印TPU材料的基本参数供参考。
